Cancellation Policy

We’d all like to keep all the commitments we make, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out. That’s okay. If you need to cancel your class or dining experience, simply call 905-890-7330 or send an email to to let us know you won’t be able to make it. Please read conditions below for rescheduling eligibility.

7 Days Notice

If you provide us with at least 7 days notice, we are happy to reschedule your class or experience to another upcoming event. Please email us at or give us a call at (905) 890-7330.

Less Than 7 Days

With less than 7 days notice, we unfortunately can not reschedule your ticket to a future class or experience, but please feel free to have someone attend in your place.

No Notice

If you provide less than 48 hours notice or fail to inform us entirely,  we unfortunately can’t reschedule your ticketed class or experience.

Gift Certificates & Class Credits

If a Gift Card has been used to purchase a class or experience, the physical Gift Card must be processed prior to the event. If there is any outstanding balance left, this must also be reconciled prior to the event. Gift Cards are not eligible for refund via other methods of payment, and will be treated as a cash transaction. From time to time, future class credits may be issued. If you wish to use a future class credit, you must do it within 12 months of issuance.
