Immerse yourself in the exotic spices and complex flavours of traditional Indian fare in this Foodie Adventure cooking class. We’ll explore some of the spice combinations responsible for the distinct flavours of Indian cuisine, while teaching you technique and skills to create incredible Indian inspired cooking at home.
Amuse Bouche : Paneer Tika
Corn Pakora (Chickpea, chili and cilantro batter, fresh corn, garden mint chutney)
Kadai Chicken (Garam masala, garlic, ginger, onion tomato paste, slow braised, naan or rice)
Kulfi (Saffron, pistachio, cardamom milk powder)
This program requires that all students have basic knife skills and kitchen organizational skills. Therefore, all students must have completed our Mise en Place course (or similar program) prior to enrollment. If you have not completed these courses, you can find them as part of our Foodie Basics Program.
