Have you ever wondered what the difference is between authentic Mexican cuisine and Tex-Mex? Explore traditional Mexican fare in this cooking class.  We’ll discover the spices and fresh ingredients native to Mexican cuisine, while we learn some cooking techniques targeted at creating an authentic Mexican meal.

This program requires that all students have basic knife skills and kitchen organizational skills. Therefore, all students must have completed our Mise en Place course (or similar program) prior to enrollment.  If you have not completed these courses, you can find them as part of our Foodie Basics Program.
