Have you wanted to experience the multicultural flavours of Peru?   If you have, this class is for you.  In this cooking class, we’ll explore various Peruvian dishes and cooking techniques, and learn about some of the  food cultures in Peru.

Curriculum

Amuse Bouche: Papas Fritas

Ceviche (Citrus marinated white fish, fresh corn, shallot and jalapeno, amarillo leche de tigre)

Aji de gallina (Sweet yellow pepper marinated chicken, fluffy white rice)

Picarones (Peruvian style donut, honey and toffee glaze)

This program requires that all students have basic knife skills and kitchen organizational skills. Therefore, all students must have completed our Mise en Place course (or similar program) prior to enrollment.  If you have not completed these courses, you can find them as part of our Foodie Basics Program.
