4 Consecutive Weeks, Every Saturday Afternoon from 1pm until 4pm

In our Teen Chef Basic Program kids learn the fundamental skills necessary to work and grow in a professional kitchen.  Our Teen Chef Advanced program is designed to build on those skills, introducing young chefs to more advanced skills and techniques such as; mastering mother sauces, cooking starches, using emulsifiers and making salad dressings, and even introduces them to the art of cooking breakfast.

Students must have completed our Teen Chef Basic Program to Attend.

Learn to make the 5 French mother sauces and learn how to add extra ingredients to create your own signature sauce.

May 11, 2024 | Poultry Cookery
Poultry cooking methods, how to deconstruct a whole chicken and leftover recipes.

May 18, 2024 | Fish Cookery
How to avoid overcooking fish, how to clean and filet a whole fish and leftover recipes.

May 25, 2024 |  Meat Cookery
Cooking to color, meat cooking methods, butchery and leftover recipes.
