Join us for an evening as we explore five courses in this unique tasting experience. During this event, a small group (14–16 guests) will  journey through each regionally focused dish.  Events last between 3 and 4 hours, so please leave time to enjoy the entire experience. The tasting menu is set to include:

  • Truffle and white wine risotto
  • Pan-seared scallops with lemon caper beurre blanc
  • Butternut squash ravioli with caramelized onion and sage cream sauce
  • Pork medallions with gremolata and white bean puree
  • Sweet potato cheesecake with caramel chantilly cream
