Join us for an evening as we explore five courses in this unique tasting experience. During this event, a small group (14–16 guests) will  journey through each regionally focused dish.  Events last between 3 and 4 hours, so please leave time to enjoy the entire experience. The tasting menu is set to include:

  • Mushroom consomme with wild cultivated ontario mushroom broth
  • Scallop Ceviche cold poached bay scallops, citrus foam, herb oil, fresh wild herbs, trout caviar
  • Caramelized AAA Beef Lasagna with chili and fennel tomato sauce, nutmeg bechamel sauce, fresh semolina pasta, fresh mozzarella
  • Cornish hen with fig puree, apple walnut gastrique, microgreens, potato pave
  • Coconut panna cotta with organic coconut milk, trefle clover honey, lemon mousse, and amaretto orange gel
