Join us for an evening as we explore five courses in this unique tasting experience. During this event, a small group (14–16 guests) will  journey through each regionally focused dish.  Events last between 3 and 4 hours, so please leave time to enjoy the entire experience. The tasting menu is set to include:

  • Walnut and chili honey goat cheese toast
  • Apple fennel salad with cranberry vinaigrette
  • Brown butter maple dijon salmon with palm duchess, roasted red pepper coulis
  • Venison medallions with rosemary butter, pearl onions, confit potatoes
  • Tiramisu bread pudding
