Join us for an evening as we explore five courses in this unique tasting experience. During this event, a small group (14–16 guests) will  journey through each regionally focused dish.  Events last between 3 and 4 hours, so please leave time to enjoy the entire experience. The tasting menu is set to include:

  • Tomato soup with caramelized roma tomatoes, creme fraiche, herb oil
  • Ciambotta with roasted squash, pomodoro, pesto, potato puree
  • Ravioli stuffed with atlantic lobster, in-house fresh cheese, chardonnay cream sauce, crispy soft shell crab
  • Herb crusted lamb loin, potato pave, caramelized apples, lamb infused red wine jus, basil puree
  • Chocolate genoise with espresso buttercream, chocolate sauce, candied orange + Housemade rum infused vanilla ice cream with dark chocolate crumble and salted caramel sauce
